When someone walks into VOLUME 13, we want them to know we focus on enhancing everyone’s natural beauty. Our team focuses on making beauty special and attainable for everyone. We all love the effortless, “I just walked off the beach” hair. Shelby spent a lot of time in California building her expertise on “lived-in” hair looks. Bringing West Coast looks to Shelby’s hometown of DC is a passion of hers, so she is excited to have a team of stylists who fully embraces her vision.

Shelby is so talented!

…especially for blondes! Her hands are magical and will transform your hair from brunette to platinum, add 10 inches of the most beautiful hair extensions and make it look like your own. Her braiding skills are on another level! Bring her a pic of the most complex Pinterest braid and she’ll have it done in minutes and looking 10 times better than the picture! I’ve lived in many states, even abroad and she is by far the best when it comes to all things hair.

Unlike any other salon
